Job Summary
Conduct Point of Use system maintenance, troubleshoot technical problems, and manage par locations by adding or deleting items as directed. Receive materials against purchase orders, inspect inbound and outbound shipments for quality and damages, and process outgoing shipments using UPS World ship and Fed Ex. Deliver and stock inventory in Materials Distribution par locations while ensuring timely receipt of critical medical human tissue and temperature-sensitive products. Operate manual and electric pallet jacks and forklifts to offload freight, coordinate with facilities management for heavy equipment uncrating, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Ensure all shipping documents are completed accurately, resolve discrepancies with customers and supervisors, and adhere to regulatory policies. Requires high school diploma, five years of professional experience with three in inventory management or receiving, and ability to lift 50 lbs and work extended periods.
