Job Summary
Replenish assigned PAR inventory locations, bedside carts, tank rooms, and equipment rooms while maintaining these areas in a clean and organized manner. Contact Customer Service to request priority services for products, equipment, or code carts and report any issues. Attend meetings with customers to assess their needs and assist Level II Supply Specialists with assigned work. Prioritize tasks effectively, maintain strong organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment. This role requires lifting 40 lbs and handling carts weighing up to 250 lbs with repetitive motion and extended standing. Comprehensive training programs prepare employees to advance from within.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year in hospital materials distribution, inventory management or logistics
- Must be a critical thinker with an ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment
- Strong product knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to prioritize work
