Job Summary
Lead role directing supply resilience strategy and systems, including developing and maintaining risk management for SPOFs, creating SOPs for supply health, building dashboards that merge market intelligence with internal data, and advising on Just-in-Case stock levels. Responsibilities include driving cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Procurement, and Demand Planning; elevating supplier accountability beyond PO chasing; and implementing automation and analytics tools (Excel/VBA, PowerBI, Tableau) to improve operational bottlenecks. Requires deep knowledge of MRP, lead-time dynamics, buffer strategy, and experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP); travel up to 25-50% and ability to communicate a clear vision to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years in Supply Planning, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Operations
- Deep experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP)
- Experience with building tools (Excel/VBA, PowerBI, Tableau) or implementing automation to solve operational bottlenecks
