Job Summary
Supply Planning Specialist responsible for monitoring customer demand and optimizing use of existing resources (products, drivers, equipment) to meet demand; focus on safety, efficiency, customer focus, and QA/electronic procedures; build routes, align with EHS, communicate plans to Carrier and Customer Service; plan efficient routes, maximise tanker capacity, improve resources, monitor route performance; requires 3+ years in dispatching/planning/transport logistics, proficiency in English, Russian, Uzbek, strong communication and teamwork skills, and proactive, methodical work style.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in dispatching, planning, transport logistics
- Proficiency in English, Russian, and Uzbek (oral & written)
- Good communication skills and ability to adapt to a multinational environment
- Good interpersonal, analyzing and coordinating skills
- PC literacy and basic Microsoft Office
