Job Summary
Supply Planning Specialist responsible for monitoring customer demand and the efficient use of existing resources (product, drivers, equipment) to meet demand at the Liquid CO2 plant in Navoi, Uzbekistan. Key duties include utilizing forecasting systems (QUEST and LB Shell) to determine demand and required deliveries, ensuring deliveries occur at optimal times (Target Refill), building routes and MOBYs, complying with regulatory and Air Products procedures, communicating plans to Carriers and Customer Service, and adapting to designated shifts. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, customer focus, and adherence to EHS principles and quality assurance processes. The candidate should demonstrate experience in dispatching/planning/transport logistics, strong cross-language communications, and the ability to work in a multinational environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in dispatching, planning, transport logistics
- Proficiency in English, Russian, and Uzbek (oral & written)
- Good communication skills and ability to adapt to a multinational environment
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, coordinating, and teamwork skills
- PC literacy and basic software such as Microsoft Office
- Methodical, rigorous, able to work independently
- Proactive approach to work and tasks
