Job Summary
Lead and manage the supply planning team, defining processes, tools, and analytical solutions to drive improvements in supply chain operations. Oversee execution of planning processes including order placement, shipment tracking, and inventory management while achieving cost, inventory, and customer service targets. Identify potential supply chain risks, provide second-level technical support, and conduct daily direction-setting meetings to enhance operational strategies. This role supports the Supply Planning Manager at P&G's Novo Supply Network Hub in Novomoskovsk, Russia, focusing on raw and packaging material supply within a full-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- This job requires you to be based in Russia, Novomoskovsk
- Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
- Learning agility and attention to detail
- Work experience with ERP systems (SAP, C1, Oracle, etc.)
- Relevant work experience in Logistics or Planning Department for 1-3 years
- A university degree (DipHE) is required
- Good command of English (Intermediate or higher level)
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Power BI skills would be considered a competitive advantage
