Supply Planning Manager

Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of Supply Planning Analysts; own and scale supply planning processes and systems (Oracle ERP); drive monthly S&OP reporting and influence cross-functional leadership decisions with risk assessments and actionable trade-offs. Collaborate with suppliers, distribution, demand planning, and operations to proactively identify and resolve constraints and risks. Drive continuous improvement across supply planning through process automation, data accuracy, and inventory optimization. Support new product introductions, product transitions, and end-of-life planning with robust supply and demand analysis. Act as subject matter expert in supply planning tools and processes to elevate team capabilities and system utilization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply planning or related supply chain roles
- At least 2 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven experience with Supply Chain planning tools, software, and ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
