Job Summary
Develop and execute strategic supply plans while managing inventory levels to align with production needs across APAC markets. Build and maintain tactical schedules connecting demand forecasts, production requirements, and inventory targets. Monitor DC in-stock performance, inventory health, and supply chain trends to spot risks early. Partner with cross-functional teams to review retail instock and distribution performance, resolving issues and improving ways of working. Lead process migration during ongoing technology transformation and drive succession opportunities for the team.
Required Qualifications
- Prior working experience in Supply Planning roles within the FMCG or similar fast-paced industries
- Successful record delivering cost optimizations, supplier collaboration, and sustainable value creation
- Critical thinking skills, with the ability to anticipate market trends and align strategies with long-term business objectives, leveraging analytical insights and data to drive innovation and support decision making processes
- Experience supporting process change or technology transformation across regional and global partners
- Exemplary interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively tailor your message for the audience, including executives and senior stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills
- Candidates offered positions with high engagement with children are required to take part in Child Safeguarding Background Screening, as a condition of the offer
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with S/4HANA and Kinaxis Maestro is advantageous
