Supply Planning Manager

Job Summary
Supply Planning Manager responsible for end-to-end supply planning across multiple brands and SKUs, translating demand forecasts into production plans, managing inventory targets, and collaborating with sales, operations, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure on-time availability and optimal inventory. Duties include maintaining supply plans, leading inventory performance metrics (days of supply, fill rate, inventory turns), coordinating with co-manufacturers and procurement, managing supply risks and disruptions, maintaining planning data and parameters (lead times, safety stock, MOQs, reorder points), supporting new product launches and promotions, building reporting dashboards, and contributing to the monthly S&OP process while staying current on best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field
- 5–7 years of directly relevant supply planning or demand/supply chain experience
- Experience with ERP systems (Atlas, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced planning systems (e.g., o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder) a plus
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across sales, finance, operations, and external manufacturing partners
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable supply decisions
- Knowledge of S&OP processes, co-manufacturing environments, and multi-tier supply chain dynamics
- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred
