Supply Planning Coordinator

Supply Planning Coordinator responsible for raw material supply planning, inventory optimization, and supplier coordination across RMs and FGs; coordinates with procurement and logistics to ensure material availability, minimize risks, and support production requirements. Key activities include developing raw material supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and production schedules, monitoring material availability, maintaining planning master data (lead times, sourcing rules, planning methods), communicating risks and mitigation plans, analyzing planning trends, managing raw material inventory and safety stock, reducing excess/obsolete materials, creating purchase orders, and monitoring supplier performance. Requires collaboration with QC and other teams to resolve quality issues and ensure shelf-life extensions; reports to Supply Planning Vietnam and involves data analysis to support manufacturing operations.
