Job Summary
Manage inventory for assigned customers, products, and sales channels by generating purchase orders and adjusting them based on forecast and inventory visibility. Track inbound orders and lead times while collaborating with centralized receiving to ensure timely deliveries. Analyze excess inventory to reduce waste and investigate sales fluctuations causing service failures to implement corrective actions. Work independently with Demand Planning and Supply Chain leadership to resolve concerns proactively and maintain optimal stock levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from a college or university
- 3+ years of related experience and training in the discipline
- Must have experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook skills
- Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Supply Chain degree or related
- Working knowledge of Clarity or comparable purchasing software
- Strong ability and desire to work both independently and in group / project settings
- Strong verbal/written communication
