Supply Planning Advisor - MRP (Thai Speaker)

Job Summary
Develop and implement material requirement plans to ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials and packaging components for production, customer demand, and inventory objectives across the supply network. Proactively manage supplier replenishment activities, resolve supply risks, and optimize inventory performance while supporting the transition of MRP processes and responsibilities from Thailand to Malaysia. Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Demand Planning, and Logistics to drive effective replenishment, resolve material shortages, and provide supply insights into S&OP and S&OE processes. Maintain high standards of planning data quality and master data governance to enable accurate planning outcomes and informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Statistics, or equivalent
- Significant experience in lubricants, CPG, or chemical industry
- Strong functional and leadership capability in demand and supply planning
- Fluent in English with language proficiency in Chinese (Read, Write and Speak)
- 5+ years of relevant business experience
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to identify and act on opportunities to improve business outcomes
- Skilled at meeting tight deadlines and handling challenging situations confidently
- Proven ability to work with diverse cross-functional teams to achieve results, solve problems, and improve processes
- Independent judgment and decision-making capability
- Knowledge of statistical analysis
- Hands-on experience in supply planning, DRP (Distribution Requirements Planning), and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) processes
- Mastery level in Planning Management including Supply Planning
- Skilled level in Demand Control
