Job Summary
Supply Planning Advisor responsible for managing replenishment of finished goods across regional warehouses and source plants, optimizing inventory and capacity, coordinating production planning with RCCP, S&OP, DRP and MRP activities, and leveraging digital planning tools to balance supply and demand while maintaining service levels and cost targets. Responsibilities include owning regional finished goods stock allocation, updating planning data per governance requirements, coordinating with Deployment, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams, supporting S&OP/DSOE processes, and tracking KPIs such as plan adherence, capacity utilization, and availability. Requires experience in FMCG/manufacturing supply planning, proficiency with digital planning tools (Kinaxis desirable), and strong collaboration across global supply chain stakeholders. Localization: Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) with hybrid office/remote work.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Experience in supply planning, replenishment, or inventory management within FMCG or manufacturing industries
- Proven experience in Supply Planning using an advanced digital Planning tool
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain software (Kinaxis desirable) and ERP systems (SAP ECC, S4 Hana)
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa both written and verbal with the ability to effectively work with multiple collaborators across the global supply chain function in India and other countries
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, global and fast-paced environment
