Supply Planner - Soybean

Develop and maintain customer sales and supply data to refine supply plans, preparing reports on forecasting, allocations, inventory status, and sales performance. Integrate key supply assumptions from production, operations, logistics, and commercial teams to provide timely projections of viable supply. Independently manage day-to-day supply planning activities by responding to order changes, adjusting supply assignments, and creating production orders in SAP to support customer demand and on-time fulfillment. Monitor Available-to-Promise (ATP) performance, including finished goods availability and inventory status, to support customer objectives. Collaborate with sales support and supply chain operations to track inventory metrics, identify shortages or surpluses, and initiate corrective actions. Participate in regular business meetings and provide updates based on the commercial crop cycle calendar. Conduct daily activities with a spirit of continuous improvement, analyzing data to draw conclusions and recommend next steps. Research discrepancies between data sources and identify root causes while meeting corporate deadlines. Perform other related duties as assigned.
