Job Summary
Lead end-to-end supply planning for the mid to long-term horizon, balancing demand, supply volumes, and inventory to optimize customer service levels and conversion costs. Manage mid-range constraints mitigation, create 36-month supply plans, and develop inventory classification parameters using statistical analysis. Drive integrity in master data and ERP standardization while preparing for recurring S&OP meetings and Executive reviews. Engage directly with supplier partners, factories, and demand teams to refine strategies, monitor SKU-level performance, and recommend product rationalization. Act as the primary liaison across Sales, Marketing, Transportation, and Warehousing to ensure supply continuity and address business-impacting issues. Requires 3+ years in supply chain planning with big data expertise; flexible schedule including evenings or weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain with a focus on Demand & Supply disciplines or related field
- Strong mathematical and analytics skills
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree Supply Chain, Operations, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields
- Experience with Supply Chain Planning software
- Industry credentials such as APICS or CSCMP
- Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which is generally limited to week days but may be subject to evenings or weekends due to project or department needs
