Job Summary
Plan and place purchase orders for stores, distribution centers, and depots while monitoring stock levels, lead times, and order schedules. Analyze and resolve stock and delivery issues by coordinating with suppliers on open orders and implementing recovery plans for out-of-stock situations. Collaborate with demand planning, logistics, and category management to optimize processes such as delivery frequencies and minimum order quantities. This role requires an HBO degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or Economics, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel. Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in Supply Chain, Bedrijfskunde, Logistiek of Economie
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een goed cijfermatig inzicht
- Ervaring met Excel en andere Microsoft Office-programma's
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels
- Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands en Engels
- Een referentiecheck kan onderdeel zijn van de selectieprocedure
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring binnen supply chain, voorraadplanning of logistieke planning is een pré
- Ervaring met plannings- of ERP-systemen is een plus
