Job Summary
As a Supply Planner, optimize Canadian supply chain operations and implement long-term strategies aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities include managing national inventory and replenishment plans, sharing short-term forecasts with suppliers, determining inventory strategy, reporting on KPIs (inventory position, stockouts, waste, capacity), analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, Demand Planning, Menu Planning, and Inventory teams to support product launches and lifecycle management, maintaining dataflow in supply planning tools, assisting with budget inputs on storage and transportation, and leading ad-hoc improvement projects. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2-5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, ability to manage multiple projects, and a collaborative, independent mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain or related fields
- 2 - 5 years experience in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Inventory Management or related fields
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel
- Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments, prioritization
- Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Proven team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
