Job Summary
Develop and maintain a long-term master production schedule (12-18 months) to enable >$70M in annual sales, ensuring the right mix of products and materials to meet demand; lead capacity planning, manage downtime and launches, coordinate with Purchasing, Regulatory, and Quality to ensure supply plan execution; monitor demand signals, resolve bottlenecks, and drive on-time delivery while optimizing inventory and production throughput in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience preferably in Production/Supply Planning or equivalent
- Proficiency in SAP ERP system
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of cGMPs and regulatory requirements
