Supply Planner - Corporate Production

Supply Planner – Corporate Production is responsible for analyzing finished goods inventory and plant capacity to develop a rolling 8-week end-to-end volume (replenishment/production) and inventory plan. Responsibilities include recording schedule compliance, coordinating with plants to ensure high service levels, partnering with Marketing and brand teams to assess impact of projects on volumes and inventory, maintaining multi-plant coordination for finished goods supply, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, participating in cross-functional projects as Subject Matter Expert or lead for supply chain planning, and identifying and resolving process/procedure issues related to communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis. Requirements include a minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, 1-2 years of experience, experience with ERP systems (prefer SAP S4), strong organizational and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel, IBP experience preferred, CPIM/CSCP a plus, and strong communication and teamwork abilities. The salary target range is $70,000 - $80,000 with bonus eligibility, plus a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days of employment, and a 401(k) after three months.
