Job Summary
Supply Planner focused on operational planning and SAP IBP, responsible for developing short-term supply plans, inventory optimization, and coordinating with production and regional teams; supports SAP IBP initiatives, testing, training, and go-live readiness; analyzes performance, identifies constraints, and participates in S&OE; requires 3+ years in supply chain planning and SAP IBP proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, ideally within an FMCG environment
- Proficiency in SAP IBP and ERP systems (SAP HANA/ECC) with experience in the optimizer module a plus
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
