Job Summary
Senior Manager/Supply Operations Quality (Responsible Person) in Poland leads QA/compliance activities to ensure GMP/GCP/GDP compliance, coordinates inspections by Regulatory Authorities and internal auditors, oversees contractor quality including logistics providers, relabelers and packers, and drives continuous improvement. The role provides technical and functional leadership, sets objectives for direct reports aligned with global/local goals, and ensures development plans for colleagues. Requires proven people management, strong communication, proficiency with standard office tools, and experience with quality assurance processes in the pharmaceutical field. The position is based in Warsaw, Poland, with an emphasis on ensuring compliant operations across supply chain activities and maintaining high standards of quality governance.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS with extensive experience in quality assurance/compliance
- MBA/MS with relevant experience
- PhD/JD with experience
- MD/DVM with experience
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
- Proficiency with LabWare LIMS
- Strong communication skills
- Experience leading GMP/GCP/GDP inspections
- Ability to manage multiple projects and direct reports
- Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
