Job Summary
Manage daily depot operations and vendor performance to ensure strict adherence to safety, compliance, and regulatory protocols. Lead supply and demand planning to align staffing levels with operational needs and in-service supply. Strategically expand the market by executing innovative initiatives, leveraging data insights to identify opportunities and resolve challenges. Build collaborative partnerships across the company and with vendors to maintain alignment with organizational goals. Enable new infrastructure sites using advanced tooling to support additional supply and continuously monitor improvements to existing sites for maximum throughput. Provide strategic leadership to foster a high-performance culture emphasizing collaboration and accountability. This role reports to the Washington DC Market Lead and requires an in-person work schedule with 10% domestic travel.

- 7+ years of experience in operations management
- Experience managing daily operations in a fast-paced environment

- OR additional 6+ years of work experience in a combination of program management, business operations, strategy consulting, planning, or equivalent fields

- Direct experience in the ride-hailing or broader transportation industry
