Job Summary
Supply Officer role focusing on coordination of stock, invoicing and supplier communications to support operations at RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort. Responsibilities include managing stock requests, placing orders with suppliers, matching invoices to purchase orders and deliveries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely deliveries. Strong organisation, attention to detail, and clear communication to support chefs, food and beverage teams, and events staff. Requires invoicing/financial process experience, and readiness to work across a permanent part-time schedule (approx. 22.8 hours, 3 shifts per week) with no weekend work; full working rights in Australia and willingness to obtain a Working With Children Check.
