Job Summary
Supply Quality Manager South responsible for implementing Syngenta's regional Quality strategies across supply and commercial operations, with emphasis on customer complaint management, logistics quality, continuous improvement, and product integrity for Syngenta and third-party products. Lead quality culture and training across supply, planning, customer operations, and commercial teams; conduct quality audits and assessments of logistics suppliers and warehouses; manage end-to-end customer complaint processes; oversee quality decisions for imported and third-party/biological products; drive corrective actions and quality procedures aligned with global/regional standards; lead major investigations of complaints and non-conformances coordinating with global production sites and regional Quality teams. Desired knowledge includes Quality Management Systems, RCA methodologies, continuous improvement frameworks, experience with third-party products, biologicals, logistics audits, or import/export quality processes; Fluent English and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
