Supply Manager

Manage assigned product lines from receipt to shipment, ensuring quality and consistency while walking the production floor and coolers daily to inspect and monitor product. Conduct inspections in packing houses and field deliveries, partner with QC and Production teams to review daily reports, and make purchasing decisions. Lift and handle cases of raw product as part of product inspection. Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate raw product contracts, and integrate new suppliers with the Quality Assurance Team. Analyze daily inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and prepare commodity update reports for weekly review. Ensure full compliance with GMPs and food safety protocols. Maintain budgetary profit margins and improve costs on assigned commodities.
