Job Summary
Maximise in-store availability, align inbound service performance (OTIF), and optimise customer stockholding levels against agreed targets for Walkers and Quaker products. Own the OTIF performance measure between PepsiCo and customer systems, identifying variances and driving continuous improvement. Manage baseline forecasts across all products and accurately forecast promotional activity, including WIGIGs and range changes. Resolve failed orders, manage risks to promotional activity, provide timely stakeholder feedback, and oversee inventory replenishment systems. Utilise customer systems and tools to analyse sales trends, improve forecast accuracy, and identify opportunities to remove supply chain bottlenecks. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Commercial, and Field teams, as well as external customer stakeholders. Support the Customer Collaboration Lead in facilitating Joint Supply Planning (JSP) meetings, including 30/60/90-day reviews. Assist with key business projects focused on improving ordering, delivery efficiency, and overall supply chain performance.
