Supply Engineering Team Lead

Job Summary
Coordinate glass orders, forecast procurement needs, and verify technical drawings to ensure material availability before production. Lead a team of four Supply Engineers by assigning tasks, conducting one-on-ones, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Manage supplier relationships across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia while negotiating pricing and resolving delivery issues. Collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, and Engineering teams to support material substitutions and ensure purchased components meet project specifications. Report progress and operational updates to the Chief Technical Officer.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Procurement Engineer, Supply Engineer, or in a similar engineering procurement role on the US market
- Previous people management or team leadership experience
- Experience working with suppliers across international markets, including the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia
- Experience with procurement, sourcing, and import/export of engineering or production materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and PDF tools
- Experience working with task management systems such as ClickUp or similar
- Fluent English

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Monday–Friday
- Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
