Job Summary
Own end-to-end development of program artifacts from first draft to stakeholder ratification, including partner classification methodologies, KPI frameworks, tier rubrics, and capability playbooks for DiDi Premier's DP Partner Program. Design the architecture and delivery model for continuous driver education, establishing QC infrastructure for knowledge assessments, mystery attendance, and recertification tracking. Track leading indicators such as pre/post knowledge lift and PCM ramp progress while building monitoring tools for program visibility. Coordinate artifact reviews with cross-functional partners across Driver Ecosystem, Experience Management, AIoT, Legal, and Product teams. Prepare structured inputs including one-pagers and decision memos to translate program design into clear recommendations. This foundational role actively builds the infrastructure for Premier's service excellence machine, requiring work in ambiguous environments to shape the experience of hundreds of drivers.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, marketplace or platform operations, program design, or a similar function within a technology company
- A proven track record of producing structured program artifacts — frameworks, BRDs, playbooks, SOPs — as a primary output, not just slides or reports
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect operational data (driver performance, partner metrics, training outcomes) to program design decisions
- Experience with Excel (intermediate/advanced) and SQL (basic/intermediate)
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English
- A collaborative, cross-functional working style
Desired Qualifications
- Python is a plus
- Comfortable using AI tools to automate processes, accelerate document production, and structure analytical work
- Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous environments and build structure from a blank page
- Familiarity with platform or gig-economy operating models (ride-hailing, food delivery, logistics, fleet management)
