Job Summary
Coordinate shuttle and supply operations for Allen Marine Tours, overseeing inventory management and procurement for vessel supplies, coordinating with purchasing and F&B teams, training Guest Service Crew, digitizing requisitions, liaising with crew and vendors, creating shuttle schedules, maintaining a fleet of vehicles, and supporting on-site/off-site laundry, special charters, and tour inclusions while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety across multi- vessel operations during the season.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience with inventory control, including ordering, tracking, and stocking supplies and merchandise
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be capable of handling and balancing daily sales
- Must be able to work independently, while operating effectively as part of a team
- Must be well-groomed, courteous, reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Capable of driving a 15-passenger van
- Able to create and foster relationships with coworkers and vendors
- Valid US driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Must pass a security background check and DOT drug test
