Job Summary
Lead end-to-end execution of change implementation for engineering and sourcing changes while serving as the single voice for the Global Supply Chain during planning. Coordinate cross-functional efforts across engineering, supply, operations, and sales teams to develop and maintain long-term standard processes for change implementation. Provide real-time situational updates and mitigation strategies to senior Global Supply leaders, driving policy, process, and system changes to increase visibility of the sub-tier supply chain. Develop and maintain procurement rules and regulations, evaluate vendor pricing and reliability, and negotiate to reduce total material costs. Identify constraints impacting production schedules and cultivate relationships to mitigate supply disruption risks. Work within a cross-functional team to design purchasing strategies ensuring constant inventory availability within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or other relevant fields
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and mathematics
- Knowledge of procurement strategies and negotiating skills
- Two to three (2-3) years of related experience in new product development, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, or development engineering
- Exempt position based onsite in Carson, CA
- Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm
