Job Summary
Supply Clerk at The Oregon Clinic's Gastroenterology West Clinic in Southwest Portland. Full-time role focused on procurement and distribution for the clinic, acting as liaison between clinics and Central Supply Chain, and supporting quality improvements and process changes. Responsibilities include supply replenishment, shipping/receiving, procurement, coordinating repairs for equipment, ensuring correct delivery of products and services, mailing items and ad hoc reporting, and coordinating meeting logistics. Work is based at the Peterkort Centre with typical hours 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday. Salary ranges provided: Level I $20.70-$28.00 per hour and Level II $22.77-$30.80 per hour. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of (2) two years of inventory control experience is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in purchasing and supply chain management within a healthcare setting is a strong plus!
- Minimum of (1) one year of materials management experience is preferred
- Minimum of (1) one year of customer service experience is required.
- Must be familiar with the technical aspects and general functions of an Inventory and Material Management Information System.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, work independently, and effectively multitask.
- Excellent attendance, communication, time-management, and work ethic.
- Positive attitude and desire to be a team player.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians, and other team members.
- A commitment to patient-focused care, privacy, and safety.
