Job Summary

Supply Chain Training Manager leads and coordinates onboarding and training for new Selectors and Drivers during the first 90 days, including classroom and floor instruction, coaching, and performance feedback. Engages with cross-functional partners (VPO, HR, Field Market Trainers) to drive safety, productivity, retention, and continuous program improvement using data, analytics, and coaching observations. Oversees onboarding milestones (30/60/90 days), mentors trainer teams and new hires, ensures adherence to safety and operational standards, and collaborates on hiring and performance processes as needed. Requires strong facilitation skills, leadership, and proficiency with PowerPoint/Excel/Word; familiarity with OSHA/HAACP and warehouse operations; ability to lift and work in varied environments; travel as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years training/facilitation experience
  • Minimum of one year experience overseeing a workforce
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, college degree strongly preferred
