Job Summary
Lead business user side of ERP and supply chain system transformation projects, including system migrations. Coordinate Key Users for training and troubleshooting while partnering with IT to resolve system issues and prioritize enhancements. Drive Supply Chain and Operations improvement projects from planning through implementation, analyzing data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making. Facilitate change management efforts and communicate project updates to stakeholders and leadership. Requires strong knowledge of supply chain execution processes, ERP systems, and MRP II planning methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of supply chain execution processes, including planning, procurement, and sales
- Experience with ERP systems and business execution software
- Solid understanding of MRP II planning methodologies
