Job Summary
Supply Chain Technician responsible for physical inventory tasks, storage, distribution, and replenishment of hospital supplies and equipment across the campus or central distribution center. Includes delivering supply/equipment orders, stocking, rotating stock, checking expiration dates, removing excess inventory, cleaning of clinical equipment, and basic storage/replenishment/dispensing per department procedures to support clinical and ancillary areas. Emphasis on accurate inventory management, timely deliveries, adherence to department standards, and contributing to department performance metrics. Requires ability to work in a healthcare environment with PPE awareness and clear communication.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience preferred in Healthcare, Supply Chain or Materials Management
- Sufficient proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Ability to communicate professionally and safely in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of PPE and sterile supply procedures
