Job Summary
Provide administrative, technical, and tactical support for supply chain business processes, specifically tracking and staging raw materials and parts for manufacturing. Execute Goods Movement and Logistics operations by loading, unloading, and conveying materials to work sites, operating company vehicles for part pickups and deliveries, and wrapping parts for offsite shipments. Work closely with Integration/Production Control teams to provide material status updates during planning sessions. Perform 50% desk work and 50% material distribution, including lifting up to 25 lbs, while utilizing SAP transactions for goods issues and receiving. Operate under a 9/80A schedule in Colorado Springs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in logistics support, shipping/receiving, warehousing and/or inventory control
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top Secret; etc.)
- Forklift certification
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in MS 365, Excel, Word, Power Point
- Ability to perform 50% desk work and 50% material distribution responsibilities
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to move stock/inventory/materials around the warehouse, dock, and various business units
- U.S. Citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience using a forklift / reach lift / pallet jack
- Prior experience using SAP/ MES
- HAZMAT or chemical handling experience
- Warehousing Operations
- Experience supporting Manufacturing/Production in support of DOD contracts
