Job Summary
Coordinate and dispatch staff to ensure timely delivery of supplies, equipment, and paperwork across the Main Campus, Clinics Building, and Corporate Center. Prioritize requests based on urgency, including STAT, ROUTINE, and TIMED needs, while monitoring workloads to maximize efficiency. Create daily staffing assignments, support inventory management, and investigate operational challenges to maintain seamless service. Mentor Distribution, Dispatch, and Logistics team members through coaching, performance feedback, and training. Partner with departments to implement new systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as a Distribution Representative or in a related logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or healthcare operations role
Desired Qualifications
- Previous lead, trainer, or supervisory experience
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Experience working with inventory management systems and materials management software
