Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments by verifying contents against packing slips and reporting discrepancies. Stock storeroom and warehouse items using First In, First Out principles while maintaining safety stock levels and accurate min/max quantities. Perform scheduled physical inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy, resolving discrepancies as needed. Pick and stage supplies based on department requisitions, applying patient charge stickers and entering data into the ERP system for receipts and adjustments. Deliver items to departments with confirmation signatures and coordinate outbound shipments for returns with proper documentation. Ensure warehouse environments remain clean, organized, and compliant with regulatory and infection control standards.
