Job Summary
Own the roadmap and architecture for Valar's supply chain systems, including ERP, MRP, and WMS, ensuring scalability and compliance as the company scales. Establish and enforce data governance frameworks for item masters and BOMs to guarantee accuracy and auditability across operations. Lead cross-functional implementations from requirements through deployment, partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, and IT to drive adoption and business continuity. Build lean teams to design controls, testing protocols, and reporting standards that provide leadership visibility into supply chain execution. Proactively identify system and data risks, leading mitigation plans while balancing speed with regulatory compliance in a highly regulated nuclear environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information systems or related field
- 15+ years of experience in Supply chain systems, ERP/MRP implementation and integration
- 5 years in People Leadership roles
- Deep, hands-on expertise with ERP/MRP systems in highly regulated manufacturing environments
- Proven track record building and scaling supply chain systems and governance frameworks in highly regulated environment
- Strong track record leading cross-functional system implementation and driving adoption
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical, business, and operations teams
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (green card holder)
