Job Summary
Supply Chain Systems Analyst for WMS optimization and enhancement on Odoo-based platform. Lead end-to-end WMS initiatives, partner with CorpTech/IT to implement enhancements, manage backlog, drive process innovation across Supply Chain/Inventory, and enable user adoption through documentation and training. Requires deep WMS architecture knowledge, ERP integrations, and experience delivering cross-functional system improvements in a manufacturing/defense-tech context. Onsite roles in Costa Mesa, CA and Ashville, OH with a US salary range of $99,000–$131,000. Strong collaboration with Supply Chain Business Systems and IT teams; focus on requirements gathering, strategic planning, and execution of WMS roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, supply chain management, or related field
- 5+ years experience running Business Systems implementations and/or continuous enhancement cycles
- 3+ years of experience working within and/or supporting Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations and/or Warehouse/Inventory teams
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience owning and driving complex programs or projects
- Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Ashville, OH
