Job Summary
Leads and develops a team of Supply Chain Planners to manage raw material availability, inventory optimization, and inbound logistics, driving continuous improvement and cost savings. Oversees purchasing, supplier management, and coordination with logistics; ensures data integrity, tracks KPIs, and provides reporting to support operational and strategic decisions. Responsibilities include performance reviews, coaching, workflow optimization, maintaining optimal inventory levels, mitigating supply risks, collaborating with procurement and Sustainability teams, and supporting cross-functional initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or Materials Management (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, forecasting, or inventory management
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Direct working knowledge of operations, warehouse management, inventory control, accounting and transportation management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel to vendor sites or other Cimpress/Vistaprint locations if required
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision for extended periods
