Job Summary
Supply Chain - Summer Intern (paid) will serve as the operational backbone of a small supply chain team, handling inbound and outbound coordination, procurement, ERP data hygiene, SOP documentation, and project work to explore specialization tracks in warehouse management, procurement, production planning, or logistics. Responsibilities include classifying suppliers, coordinating shipments and customs paperwork, end-to-end procurement of recurring items, maintaining product/vendor/master data in ERP (Odoo), writing SOPs in Notion, coordinating reverse logistics, and contributing to monthly KPI reporting. Projects may include warehouse layout and equipment optimization, product launch logistics, customs and compliance process design, and reverse-logistics flow improvements. Requirements emphasize motivation to learn, fluency in English, strong Excel/spreadsheet skills, exposure to ERP systems, and a self-starter mindset. Office-based role in Copenhagen with no remote work.
