Job Summary
Analyst for Supply Chain Strategy & Projects at Salomon based in Annecy, France. Leads and supports long-term supply chain initiatives by managing project workstreams with external consultants and internal stakeholders, coordinating deliverables within timelines and budgets, and communicating project outcomes (Steerco and key decision meetings). Performs in-depth analyses to shape the strategic supply chain roadmap, benchmark performance against industry standards, identify opportunities for cost optimization, service improvement, and resilience, and build financial models (ROI, cost-to-serve, scenario simulations) to compare transformation options. Collaborates with Finance on cost tracking and budgeting, defines and maintains KPI reporting frameworks, develops Power BI dashboards, and consolidates data across regions. Requires 3-5 years of experience in analytics/strategy within supply chain or related fields, strong data analytics capabilities, and a Master’s degree in a relevant field. Post is based in Annecy, France (74); CDI, full-time; hybrid remote option.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, strategy, consulting or operations
- Excellent analytical and modeling skills (Excel, Power BI, data visualization)
- Excellent presentation skills and PowerPoint proficiency
- Knowledge of supply chain processes (planning, logistics, inventory, forecasting)
- Project management experience and cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent English
