Job Summary
Supply Chain Strategy & Planning Associate to model the 1P network, design cost-efficient shipping structures, and partner with Data Science/Engineering to build dashboards and KPIs for executive decision-making. You’ll lead strategic planning for the first-party network, optimize distribution layouts, analyze fulfillment costs vs. customer conversion, and support regional growth with data-backed business cases for new markets and infrastructure investments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in supply chain strategy, management consulting, or business analytics
- Strong proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools, including SQL, Python/R, and Tableau or PowerBI
- Proven ability to translate complex data sets into actionable strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in network modeling, financial modeling, or incentive structure design
