Job Summary

Lead and deliver cross-functional initiatives that advance the Supply Chain Strategic Plan within a complex healthcare environment. Apply structured project management methodologies to drive initiatives from planning through execution, adoption, and sustainment; establish collaborative relationships with leaders across Supply Chain; design future-state workflows with clinical and operational end users; provide analytical decision support including business case development, performance metrics, risk assessment, and executive reporting; lead organizational change management activities including stakeholder engagement, change impact analysis, and training coordination; document scope, objectives, dependencies, and constraints; develop policies and standard work to enable consistent, sustainable Supply Chain practices; ensure compliance with hospital, university, and regulatory requirements; maintain transparent communication on status, risks, and actions; monitor performance metrics and drive remediation as needed; promote continuous improvement, innovation, accountability, and change readiness across Supply Chain.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education, training, and progressively responsible professional experience
  • Minimum of six (6) years progressively responsible experience leading projects or organizational change management in Supply Chain, or hospital operations, and project or program management, OR minimum of ten (10) years of experience as described
  • Demonstrated experience in complex, matrixed organizations, preferably within healthcare or similarly regulated environments
  • Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects/initiatives
  • Experience supporting strategic initiatives tied to organizational or functional strategic plans
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain operations, logistics, purchasing, supplier relations, contract management, and planning/analytics
  • Understanding of resiliency planning and disruption management concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to apply organizational change management principles to drive adoption and sustain outcomes
  • Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels across multiple shifts and locations
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and exercise sound judgment
  • Proficiency with project/program management tools (e.g., MS Project)
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements related to patient confidentiality, data security, and operational compliance
  • PMP certification preferred, Lean Six Sigma certification preferred, Change Management Certification (e.g. Prosci) preferred
