Job Summary
Coordinate supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and replenishment planning. Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely importation of goods. Monitor inventory levels, support stock planning, and assist in forecasting product requirements based on sales trends. Track supplier performance, shipment schedules, and import timelines while preparing reports for management. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support ERP system updates. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager in Alexandria, Egypt, this full-time on-site role requires 3+ years of experience and CIPS Level 4 certification. Candidates must handle imports from China and Turkey.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Proven experience in supply chain operations, procurement, importation, warehousing, or distribution
- CIPS Level 4 certification or higher
- Strong English proficiency
- Strong understanding of international sourcing, particularly imports from China
- Experience in inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
