Job Summary
Supply Chain Specialist will own on-site and off-site inventory, manage real-time stock visibility via ERP/MRP, and drive material readiness for both NPI and sustaining products. Key duties include overseeing inventory movements in ERP/MRP, conducting monthly physical counts and variance investigations, coordinating with Finance for GL and inventory accuracy, overseeing RMA disposition of non-conforming materials, collaborating with Contract Manufacturing partners to identify and resolve supply-demand gaps, leading supplier material escalations, tracking finished goods to meet internal/external demand, issuing production POs, and managing quarterly pricing updates and variances. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5+ years in electro-mechanical manufacturing with hands-on inventory management experience, strong cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency in MS Office and Google tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing environments
- Strong hands-on experience in supply chain related roles
- Experience with inventory management and warehousing
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Google tools (Excel/Sheets and Word/Docs)
