Job Summary
Develops and maintains transportation plans for finished products, ensuring alignment with objectives and data accuracy, and facilitates smooth integration of new destinations. Monitors transportation processes, tracks shipments, calculates capacity needs, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce disruptions while keeping stakeholders informed of updates and delays. Communicates shipment updates, delays, and issues, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution and transparency. Manages capacity planning and logistics operations, including transport decisions and inbound activities, with a focus on system accuracy and adherence to established processes. The role involves in-person collaboration at Philips facilities, with a requirement to be onsite as part of a team-based, office-centric work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Vocational Education or Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in order processing/order management or equivalent
- Knowledge of SAP, SFDC or ERP systems
- MS Office Suite proficiency
- Strong communication skills (English)
- On-site role requiring presence in the company facilities (office-based at least 3 days per week)
