Job Summary
Source and procure components for robotic automation systems, including robots, sensors, safety equipment, and industrial hardware. Develop RFQs/RFPs, evaluate supplier proposals, and negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms. Manage warehouse operations, coordinate logistics, and ensure stock accuracy. Build strong supplier relationships while supporting project schedules and financial reporting. Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with engineering, sales, finance, and operations teams to support successful project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Experience sourcing technical or industrial components, preferably within manufacturing, automation, or robotics
- Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and international logistics
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams
- Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus
