Job Summary
Schedule production and allocate inventory to Behr facilities; purchase raw materials and packaging to support the production schedule; manage Distribution Center inventory to maintain a 100% fill rate; coordinate with suppliers, quality, and AP to resolve discrepancies; stay current on pricing and sourcing changes with Master Data updates in SAP; analyze inventory age and reporting; collaborate with Manufacturing, Distribution and Supply Chain to ensure timely and accurate inventory reporting; require bachelor’s degree in related field, CPIM certification within probation period, and strong Excel/SAP/ERP experience; on-site in Orlando, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Educational attainment equivalent to bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations Management or related field
- APICS CPIM Certification required: pass module 1 within first year and obtain full certification within 3 years of hire
- Strong Excel skills including v-lookup, if-then statements and Pivot tables
- ERP experience preferred (particularly SAP)
- Proficiency with computerized inventory control systems, MRP and multi-level BOMs
- Knowledge of MS Office Suites; strong data mining, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Experience in manufacturing environment and/or distribution center
