Job Summary
Support the Factory SCM Manager in implementing SCM strategies to ensure material availability, delivery performance and cost competitiveness; manage ERP data such as supplier details, allocation plans, prices, lead times, MOQs, Incoterms, payment terms; assist in tender material costing and run tender-specific negotiations; lead or support supplier qualifications and Supplier Performance Evaluations (SPE); contribute to supplier performance improvement, risk mitigation, and makes-vs-buys; ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines; collaborate with Planning & Fulfillment teams and participate in cost-control, tendering, and data-management activities within SCM; embody Hitachi Energy's values of safety and integrity; engage in projects related to cost reduction, risk mitigation, and technology transfer as part of SCM initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply chain management/ Sourcing Engineer/Purchasing Engineer or related fields
- Strong Negotiation and good cooperation with internal and external team
- Computer skill in any ERP or SAP
- Proficiency in English communication
